Each customer, after consultation with the Finance Department and Sales Department of Ecoxtrem, has his own payment method that includes:

The payment time from the date of the invoice if he has been given credit for his purchases

His credit limit, which also includes the VAT of his purchases, up to which he can place orders and have them executed on credit. Above this limit, the approval of the Tax Office is required for the specific order or payment in cash.

The means of payment is also agreed upon, which must, by law, be made by bank deposit into Ecoxtrem's account or by checks from the customer's company or third parties with the customer's endorsement with Ecoxtrem's acceptance for amounts over 500 euros or according to the tax office's limit as it is set from time to time. In the event that a payment of less than 500 euros is made in cash, the customer must definitely receive a receipt of payment from the company employee who makes the collection. In the event that a receipt of payment is not provided, the customer should not proceed with the payment via cash or checks, otherwise any problem that arises with the reconciliation of the accounts is solely the responsibility of the customer.

Remarks:

For invoices with reduced VAT, delivery must be made in the corresponding area.

You will receive the products as soon as possible depending on availability and until stocks run out, always in accordance with the terms of use.

In order to issue an invoice, the necessary information is the name, activity, VAT number, the Tax Office to which your business belongs, as well as contact information.

Orders are binding and will be delivered to the address you have provided as a shipping address the next business day within Attica or Thessaloniki and in 2-3 days for the rest of Greece if there is product availability. In case the payment is in cash, if the payment has not been completed then the order will not be sent and will be automatically deleted within 3 days if there is no payment.
