Front/Rear Suspension Spring for Ecoxtrem Scooter M41 Tank / M41 Armored

Warranty duration

The warranty for the electric scooter, as well as all its parts and components, is 1 years from the date of delivery, provided that during this time the defect that arises is not due to normal wear and tear, as is the case with some parts of the product (chain, brakes, wiring, and tires). However, after 6 months from the date of delivery, the consumer must prove that the faults correspond to a manufacturing defect.

In the case of the electric batteries and control unit, the warranty is 6 months, and the loss of autonomy due to its aging, or incorrect charging, does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
